Changes/Returns Policy

Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement a) in all cases in which JAJA has been proven to be responsible for the delivery of products other or substantially different from those you ordered b) in all cases in which there was a defect in the product.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request the payment of the price you have paid to us (a) in all cases where there was a defect in the product (b) within 15 days of delivery of the product.

JAJA is only liable for compensation in the event of a defect if it is caused by its own fault, in which case it is not liable for slight negligence.

In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in perfect condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retailer’s receipt, etc.). Prior to any return it is recommended that JAJA is consulted in advance. In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions: 1. contact JAJA on the same day or the next working day to declare your intention. 2. in case the product is exchanged within 30 days with another product or others up to the amount of the price or with an additional price or withdrawal within 14 days according to article 5 par.10 of Law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. 3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retailer’s receipt, etc.).

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of the order is possible in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the online order process you can remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the delete button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not been invoiced/shipped yet, you can call +30 215 215 3838 and we will take care of the cancellation of your order. In case your order has already been invoiced but you have not yet received it and you wish to cancel it, please contact us directly at +30 215 215 3838 and provide your order details. We will inform you immediately about all your options. After receiving part of the order and if you do not want the rest of the order to be sent, please call us at +30 215 215 3838 or contact us via the contact form of the website, explaining the reason why you wish to cancel the rest of the order. We will inform you immediately about all your options.
